More Steam!

After two successful steam events so far this autumn we hope to put Blyth in steam again for our open day on 25th October. We will open 1pm to 4pm as usual and hope to be joined by our friends with their stationary engines too.

This photo is from the October 4th event where we added a special head board to celebrate the wedding anniversary of our driver trainer / assessor, Paul who had bought his good lady to Southwold for the weekend.

 

 

 

 

Also at the end of October (31st and 1st Nov) we will have a stand at the LOWMEX model engineering and model making exhibition. This annual show gets bigger and better each year and in addition to railway subjects features planes, boats, cars, trucks, cranes and even daleks, it’s well worth a visit.
